We have all heard of young Megan, however on the 14th Sept her and her Family received the devastating news of the return of the Cancer after treatment and that it had spread and is now terminal.
Megan is a fighter though, and is determined to enjoy what time she has left.
This Fund has been set up to give her the financial assistance to realise those dreams, please help her out.
